Today I told Dodo about everything
The shapes of the clouds and the colors of spring
About purple and yellow and blue
Now Dodo knows everything too.

Then I told Dodo where we can go
When the summer is here and there’s no sign of snow
To the sea, or the park or the zoo
Now Dodo knows everything too

So if someone needs something
But can’t really wait
If Mom is still napping
And Dad’s running late
Even though Dodo
Doesn’t speak yet
He knows everything too

Today I told Dodo where all of us live
What people and flowers and animals give
About scissors and paper and glue
Now Dodo knows everything too

I told him about all the stars up above
That health is important but also is love
About middle and right and left too
But this Dodo already knew

So if someone needs something
But can’t really wait
